Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Within Saudi Arabia

We offer delivery across all regions of Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities and regions: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping to the Middle East

We ship to select countries across the Middle East region. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Saudi Arabia. COD orders must be confirmed by phone before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address] or via WhatsApp. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
